3. Google User Data We May Access
If you connect your Google account to Calendar AiML, we may access Google user data only as needed to provide the features you request.
This can include the following, depending on the permissions you grant:
- Basic Google account information such as your name, email address, and profile identifier.
- Google Calendar lists, event metadata, event content, attendees, reminders, availability, conferencing details, time zone information, and related settings.
- OAuth credentials, refresh tokens, and connection metadata needed to maintain your authorized Google connection and sync state.
- Other Google Workspace data only if a specific Calendar AiML feature clearly requires it and you authorize that access.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google Workspace API data for advertising or to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.

- Power booking pages, reminders, scheduling automation, conflict checks, and related meeting workflows.

- Improve and maintain user-facing scheduling functionality, such as sync reliability, routing accuracy, and product performance.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features in Calendar AiML. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, interest-based advertising, data brokerage, resale, credit-worthiness, lending, or unrelated database building.
5. Storage, Security, and Retention
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
These safeguards include encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, access controls, environment-based secrets management, and limited personnel access for support, security, or operational needs.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Calendar AiML, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of the service.
If you disconnect your Google account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify associated data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.
Google OAuth tokens and synced calendar metadata are retained only for the period needed to keep your connection active and deliver the features you requested. When the connection is removed or the retention period expires, we delete or invalidate that data unless a shorter or longer period is required by law.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers that host, secure, monitor, or support Calendar AiML, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Other users or invitees when that sharing is part of the scheduling workflow you intentionally use, such as sending booking details or calendar invitations.
- Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
- A buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal protections.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure Calendar AiML, comply with law, or complete the scheduling workflow you requested. We do not transfer Google user data for advertising, resale, data brokerage, or other unrelated commercial purposes.
7. Human Access to Data
